I am a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSŪ and strive to follow their professional code of ethics. As a Christian REALTORŪ, I follow God's Word in my work and relationships.
In 2006 and 2007 I completed 90 hours of education to become a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute. The GRI designation is awarded by the Oregon Association of REALTORSŪ to members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSŪ who successfully complete over 90 hours of advanced real estate courses in real estate practice and ethics.
I spend several hours a week reviewing current market information and going to see properties. I have an excellent grasp of the prices that properties have been selling for and current prices.
My background of 10 years in the advertising business and 20 years in public accounting has given me experience in thinking creatively, interviewing and problem solving.
I have been through the process of selecting a town to live in, buying a piece of land and having a house financed and built. My dream of a home near the beach has come true and now I have the desire to help my clients fulfill their dreams.
